Many congratulations to James Elson of Hucclecote, Gloucester, who successfully passed his driving test on 5th June 2019 at Gloucester Test Centre, with his driving instructor, Tom Lowe.
James has a lot of plans for the coming summer and the full driving licence he has earned will make a huge difference.
